The clowns come to town, every year, twice a year. Holland Happening in the spring, and during the 4th of July festivities. Garbage mouths to suck up the revellers trash, if they can bother to hit the hole. Why is it that clowns populate the garbage cans? Why isn't it a chimpanzee head, or Uncle Sam? Why must clowns be denigrated in this way? They try to make people happy, and what then - EAT OUR TRASH, CLOWN BOY!!!
They seem pretty good spirited, even if thy get all sorts of trash shoved down their throats...
